A note on X-Plane versions: Features of X-Plane and PlaneMaker expectedly change over time, and sometimes move from menu to menu as it evolves version to version. This document will try to focus on the most current version, 8.64. Comments that apply only to older versions may be denoted so in parenthesis. Application to X-Plane 9 is uncertain at this time, since it remains in beta stage.
